Front Office Manager/ Assistant General Manager
Responsibilities include front desk support, administrative & accounting duties, management of staff and overall monitoring of hotel activities. Must be flexible with evening & weekend hours. Preferred candidate will have 2-3 yrs hospitality experience, 2 yrs manager experience, Excel, Word and reservation system knowledge.
Sales Manager
Preferred candidates will have 2 yrs sales experience, proven track record at finding and closing new business, community involvement, ability to sell value not price, attentive to detail, and highly motivated.
General Manager
Management responsibilities include promoting a positive work environment, outstanding guest service, community involvement, positive revenue generation, expense control, a well-maintained property, employee growth and promotion, timely administration, and being involved in a collaborative effort to move this growing organization forward. Stoney Creek Inn expects our managers to display a very hands-on management style. Managers must be prepared and capable of fulfilling day to day operational tasks in all areas of the hotel including some night and weekend shifts.
