"My family and I wish to thank everyone at Stoney Creek Inn.  Upon making our reservation the operator was very friendly and caring to the fact that we were coming to town for a funeral.  She then advised us that we would receive a significant discount on our room because of the funeral.  Her name was Emily.  That is truly the American way – to care for our own.  When we arrived Krista upgraded our room - still at a low rate, what an amazing person.  She told us that this hotel understands we were not here for fun, and if there was anything she could do to help just let her know.  Jeremy was also very kind and willing to extend his helping had as well, including an understanding ear.  Again, I cannot say enough about Stoney Creek Inn and their staff.  They went above and beyond to help a grieving family without a request.”

"Ashley, It has been a few months since the 'Big Day' I wanted to send you a special note to thank you. Thank you for being there for every phone call/email, not only for me, but for my mom too! Thank you for jumping in and taking care of everything. Stoney Creek and Ashley Ferrier were one of the best decisions we made in regards to our wedding. You were as patient as ever, and very kind. You helped in any way possible, and even more than I ever expected. Our room was super; the Hearth room was simply perfect for the gift opening the day after. Every single person at your venue that assisted from the start of our planning to the end of our stay was always so gracious and helpful.

Ashley, I have and will continue to recommend you & Stoney Creek to EVERYBODY I know (and don't know!!). Thank you over and over for everything you did."

"I stayed at the Stoney Creek in Lacrosse this week and I just wanted to pass this along. I was the guest of the week and my accommodations were outstanding! Thank you for that honor. Also, I need to tell you about your staff there. They are outstanding as well. I always feel welcome and get the best customer service. The staff know me by name and that makes me feel so valued. They really go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Your accommodations and property are always clean and provide a warm, welcome feeling. I am looking forward to my next stay."
