The Northwoods Conference Center showcases nine meeting rooms and offers approximately 10,000 sq. ft of space, accommodating up to 450 guests. All rooms bring a touch of the Northwoods to your event. The Northwoods Room is our largest located on the main level of the hotel. This room features two rustic chandeliers, a spacious stage, patio / deck, in house sound system, video projection capabilities and large projection screen. Adjacent to the Northwoods room is the Loose Moose Saloon which is the perfect place for cocktail receptions or registration area.
Our Northwoods ambiance will enhance your corporate meeting, reception or reunion. Events large and small can be accommodated with a full range of services. Food catering, beverage service, and audio/visual equipment is available for all occasions. The Club Room is located on the lower level, and is decorated with an at home feel. This room has a living area with a TV and walk out patio to the pool, on the other side there is a boardroom table with two televisions and a bar area. This hospitality room works great for reunions, retreats and boardrooms. The Pines, Timberland and Meadows Rooms are located on the second floor. These rooms can accommodate approximately 30 guests. The Pioneer Room is located on the lower level and is equipped with an in house sound system and walk out patio. Next door is the Green Acres room which is great for a break out room or reception area.
