The Frontier Conference Center showcases 10 meeting rooms and offers approximately 11,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, accommodating up to 700 guests. All of our meeting space will bring a touch of Northwoods ambience to your event.
The Frontier Room is our largest located on the main level of the hotel. This room features 3 rustic chandeliers, a spacious stage, in house sound system, video projection capabilities, 14 foot ceilings and large projection screen. Adjacent to the Frontier Room is the Antlers Lounge which is the perfect location for cocktail receptions or registration area. This room may be divided into 3 separate rooms: Salons A, B, and C. The Frontier Room will accommodate up to 700 guests.
Salon A features a rustic chandelier, a spacious stage, in house sound system, video projection capabilities, large projection screen, and 14 foot ceilings. This room will comfortably accommodate up to 230 guests and offers access to the Antlers Lounge.
Salon B will accommodate up to 175 guests. This room features a rustic chandelier, in-house sound system, 14 foot ceilings and offers access to the Antlers Lounge.
Salon C will accommodate up to 200 guests. This room features a rustic chandelier, in-house sound system, 14 foot ceilings and offers access to the Antler’s Lounge.
The Tiger’s Den is our homage to the University of Missouri football legacy. This unique board room offers a fun atmosphere for up to 10 guests.
The Lewis and Clark Room features a beautiful fireplace and a private walkout patio. This room offers versatile space for your next business meeting or special event. With accommodations for up to 70 guests this room will add a unique flair to any event.
The Hearth Room features a beautiful fireplace and wet bar. This living room like atmosphere offers a comfortable atmosphere to any group up to 12 guests. Equipped with a board table for 12, several easy chairs, bar stools, and a couch this room is perfect for your next board meeting or small gathering with friends.
The Columbia Room is located on the second floor and will accommodate up to 100 guests.
The Timberlands and Meadows Rooms are located on the second floor. These rooms are perfect for a small meeting or breakouts. They will accommodate approximately 30 guests.
The Pines Room is located on the second floor. This room is perfect for any small dinner, meeting, or breakout room.
