The Northwoods Conference Center showcases 10 meeting rooms and offers over 9,600 square feet of meeting space.  All rooms bring a touch of the Northwoods to your event.

The Frontier Ballroom is our largest room located on the main level of the hotel.  This room features two rustic chandeliers, a spacious stage, in house sound system, video projection capabilities and large projection screen.  Adjacent to the Northwoods room is the Tumbleweeds Saloon which is the perfect place for cocktail receptions or registration area.

The Stetson Room is located on the main floor of the hotel directly across from the Frontier ballroom.  This room is great for a boardroom style meeting, small lunch gathering or breakout room.  The room is delightfully decorated with Stetson brand hats and memorabilia. 

The Pony Express Room is located on the main floor of the hotel.  This room is right off of the front lobby and easily accommodates up to 30 people for a meeting or lunch.  The room offers high speed internet, a separate phone line and optional A/V equipment. 

The Hearth Room is located on the main floor of the hotel and is decorated with an at home feel.  This room has a living area with a big screen TV and fireplace.  The room also offers a bar area, two board room style tables and a private restroom.  This hospitality style room works great for family gatherings, small corporate retreats, alumni groups or boardrooms.

The Prairie, Timberland and Meadows Rooms are located on the second floor of the hotel.  When the Prairie room is divided into the Timberland and Meadows rooms, each room can hold up to 40 people in a meeting or meal setting.  Combining the two rooms makes the Prairie Room which can comfortably hold up to 80 people. 

The Pines Room is located on directly next to the Prairie on the second floor of the hotel.  This room can hold up to 25 people and works great for small meetings, meals or as a breakout room for the Prairie Room.  The second floor meeting rooms also offer a large loft area adjacent to the meeting space which is a wonderful spot for breaks or registration.

Jesse’s Hideaway is located on the lower level of the hotel.  This room is perfect for a retreat, family gathering or meal.  The room can hold up to 60 people and offers a secluded location, private restroom, high-speed internet and a private phone line.

Our Northwoods ambiance will enhance your corporate meeting, reception or reunion.  Events large and small can be accommodated with a full range of services.  We offer five different caterers to choose from so you can find something just right, beverage service, audio/visual equipment available for all occasions and much, much more.
