Room availability up to 8 hours (ending at midnight) with custom designed room layout

Guest book stand, reception table, and/or easel
Microphone for the toast

Centerpiece hardware: mirror tiles and vases (8”)
White linen tablecloths and choice of linen napkin colors (based on availability)-napkins fluffed in glass
China place settings
Bartending station with bartender(s)
Expanded 24’ x 27’dance floor
Video projection system with 10’ x 10’ screen
Complimentary theme suite with whirlpool and fireplace (reception night)
Hospitality room for gift opening (the following morning) with two complimentary gallons of coffee

Discounted sleeping room rates for wedding guests
If your group occupies more than 40 guest room nights, we will deduct $250.00 from the package price (mailed back to you following event in the form of a refund check).
It is our policy to only confirm social functions, such as weddings less than two (2) years in advance. The package rate is based on a minimum of 200 or more guests/meals purchased.
